Inspiration: Half bun, the hairstyle for cool girls
The half bun definitely became the cool girls’ hairstyle – besides looking great and being a fresh alternative to the usual bun or ponytail, it is super practical and easy to do! Just gather the top half of your hair, make a bun and that’s it.
Just like any other cool girl hairstyle, this one doesn’t have to or shouldn’t be perfect, so try it without fear. As you’ll see in the gallery, it can be higher, lower, leave more or less hair down… Another advantage: it really works for both “off-duty” occasions, weekend or vacation, or a more formal environment – it has even been seen on red carpets, Alicia Vikander used it to win her Oscar.
